  • Max strength: Safe, coach-guided 1–3 rep work for those ready to lift heavy with confidence.

True strength improves posture, balance, and body composition, creating a leaner, more capable body. Everyday tasks feel easier, heavy lifts feel possible, and you’ll notice a real difference in how you move and carry yourself.

How we train it:

  • Functional, home-based compound movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry) using KBs, DBs, TRX, and resistance bands

  • Progressive overload for sustainable growth—form and control always come before ego

  • Structured programming that cycles neural, hypertrophy, and (when ready) max-effort phases

  • Detailed video feedback and micro-cues to perfect your technique and prevent injury
