Athleticism  (Power, Agility & Speed Training For Everyday Performance)

What it is: Our athletic performance training builds real-world power and agility through SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) drills, sprint mechanics, and low impact power movements. Every session is scaled to your ability, helping you move sharper, faster and more confidently. 

Why it matters: Improving coordination, reaction time, and movement control makes every part of life easier. For women, especially pre-menopausal clients, carefully programmed power training supports bone density and long-term joint health without excessive impact.

How we train it:

  • Start with Low-impact power first (Kettlebell swings, med-ball throws) → and progress safely

  • Use SAQ drills for footwork, reaction, and controlled direction changes

  • Integrate sprint or sled work with soft landings to build safe, functional explosiveness

  • Every drill is coach supervised, joint-friendly, and tailored to your fitness level

Outcome: 

You'll feel “athletic” again—quicker, lighter, more capable, with strength that moves well beyond the gym.
