What it is: We focus on building muscular endurance, your ability to complete high quality reps for longer periods without losing form or control. This kind of training builds stamina, tone and total body strength that supports your everyday routine.

Why it matters: Better endurance means easier workdays, faster recovery, and more calories burned per session without grinding joints.

How we train it:

  • Hypertrophy/endurance ranges (10–15+ reps) with tempo control

  • Density circuits / EMOMs for efficient 60-min sessions

  • Breathing, pacing, and rest intervals set to your fitness level

  • Mix of strength + cardio elements for time-efficient conditioning

Outcome:

Steady energy, improved recovery between sets, and visible conditioning gains.
